Age Verification & Legal Compliance
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Hello Soju. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your state and that the recipient of your order is also 21 or older. All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) and valid government-issued ID upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide valid ID at the time of delivery, the package will not be released.
States We Ship To
Due to state alcohol shipping laws, Hello Soju can currently ship alcohol to the following states only:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
We are unable to ship alcohol to: Alaska, Montana, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or Vermont due to local alcohol shipping regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working to expand our shipping availability as laws change.
Note: Even within permitted states, certain counties or local jurisdictions may prohibit alcohol delivery. If your order cannot be fulfilled to your address due to local restrictions, you will be notified and fully refunded.
How Your Order Is Fulfilled
Hello Soju partners with AccelPay's licensed retailer network to fulfill all alcohol orders in compliance with state and local laws. Your order is fulfilled by a licensed third-party retailer in the AccelPay network — this ensures every shipment is legally compliant in your state.
Fulfillment carriers include GLS and UPS. If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise (e.g., apparel), they will be shipped in separate shipments.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days
- Standard delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days depending on your location
- We ship to the continental United States only (no Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories for alcohol orders)
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
Adult Signature Required
• FedEx: If no one 21+ is available during the first delivery attempt, your package may be held at a local FedEx pickup location for retrieval.
• UPS: If no one 21+ is available during the first delivery attempt, the package may immediately be returned to the sender.
We strongly encourage customers to monitor tracking information closely and ensure that someone 21+ is available to sign for the package on the scheduled delivery date.
If you need to make delivery arrangements or request a hold for pickup, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number as soon as possible.
Please note that orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts are subject to our reshipment policy. Customers requesting a reshipment will be responsible for a $19.99 reshipment fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable after three attempts (e.g., no adult available to sign), it will be returned to the retailer. In that case:
- Refund requests: A flat $25 Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Reshipment requests: A flat $40 fee will be charged to cover reshipment and the undeliverable package fee.
- Additional fees may apply depending on order contents.
