1 can- Hello Sparkling Soju - served ice cold with no ice into pint glass
1 - 2oz- Hello Soju Flagship Spirit -
poured ice cold into a small or standard shot glass
Method: Balance the shot of the Flagship Spirit on chopsticks, then drop it into the sparkling soju and enjoy!
K-Spresso Martini
1 1/2 oz- Hello Soju Flagship Spirit
2 oz- Brewed Vietnamese Coffee
1 oz- Coffee Liqueur
½ oz- Condensed Milk
Method: Shake vigorously and strain into a coup glass
Garnish: Fresh coffee beans
Red Seoul Rising
2 oz- Hello Soju Flagship Spirit
4 oz- Hibiscus Tea
½ oz- Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Mix well and pour over ice in a highball
Garnish: Fresh lime wedge
Kimchitini
2 oz- Hello Soju Flagship Spirit infused with Kimchi
½ oz- Dry Vermouth
Method: Shake vigorously and strain into a Nick & Nora glass
Garnish: Fresh Kimchee, sliced long, on a skewer
Winter Seoul-Stice
2 oz- Hello Soju Flagship Spirit
1 ½ oz- Yakult Yogurt (or Cream of Coconut)
1 oz- Strawberry Puree
A Splash of Sprite
Method: Shake vigorously and pour into a stemless wine glass
Garnish: Sliced strawberry and a sprig of fresh mint
